This website is operated by E-WiFi. By visiting our site and or purchasing from us you agree to our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to make changes to the E-WiFi website and these Terms and Conditions without notice.

Legal Capacity:

If you are under eighteen (18) year of age, you cannot place any orders with us. By accepting this agreement you acknowledge that you are over eighteen (18) years of age.

Website Use:

E-WiFi may contain links to other websites. Those links are only for convenience and by clicking on those links are your choice. E-WiFi takes no responsibility of third party sites and cannot be held responsible of the content, status, privacy practices or any impact or damage your system may incur by accessing those sites.

Pricing:

Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice. Once an Order has been placed the price of the product cannot be varied. E-WiFi has the right to cancel any order without reason if it chooses to do so.

All prices listed on E-WiFi exclude delivery costs. Transport costs are traditionally Ex GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.

Orders:

Should you choose to purchase from E-WiFi it is your responsibility to ensure the correct contact details are provisioned related to any orders. Communication responses related to your order will be sent to your email address.

You may cancel your order at any time, please refer to our “Refunds and Returns” policy on our Support page.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that have not been processed after 7 days.

Payment:

Payments for products must be completed online. Once payment has been received your order will be picked, packed and dispatched the following day. If there is anything impacting your order we will communicate with you and provide an update.

Despite our best efforts, if a product is incorrectly priced we may contact you prior shipping and advise whether you would like to buy the product or cancel the item.

A payment surcharge will be applied to payments made via credit / debit card. This will be displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

Delivery:

You will be required to pay for all deliveries including redeliveries by default unless we have advised otherwise.

Where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for your Order, a redelivery fee for each subsequent delivery attempt will be charged. Additional fees may occur if you choose to redirect your order to an alternative address if required and advised by the transport provider.

We try to ensure that all Orders are fulfilled promptly and delivered on time. However, from time to time, it is possible that deliveries may be delayed due to factors out of our control such as flooding or fires as examples. Should this be the case we hope that you understand and require a little more time to deliver.

By default we will not deliver to PO Boxes unless you have an approval by E-WiFi.

If you have allowed “Authority to Leave” (ATL) as part of delivery, any included insurance cover will be voided if the transport provider has provided a completed serves through their track and trace.

The traditional delivery window is from Monday to Friday business hours between 9 am to 5 pm. We are not responsible for delivery times. This is determined by the transport provider. Should you wish to contact them we can provide the consignment number affiliated to your order. We cannot be held liable if you have provided incorrect information related to the delivery of the order.

Pre Orders:

A Pre Order is for a product that may be NEW or not be held in our warehouse and is a specific or unique order from a supplier which will be fulfilled in the future.

All Pre Orders are a binding agreement to purchase the specified product and a deposit will be required in advance to place the order. Once received, we will advise you requesting to finalise payment and arrange delivery.

Due to the nature of Pre Orders where products are specifically ordered for you and have a change of mind or wish to cancel, any payment affiliated including deposits will be forfeited to cover any outgoing costs.

By placing a Pre Order there are no refunds or credits provided once delivered unless there are any faults which would be covered under Warranty and or any special conditions agreed to in advance by both parties prior delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

All products sold on E-WiFi will be supplied with standard manufacturers warranty unless stated otherwise.

If there are any issues or faults with the product purchased within the warranty period including Dead On Arrival (DOA) we have you covered. We will provide various solutions including repair options if available or replacements depending on the timing of the warranty claim.

Please refer to our Support page under “Warranty & Returns” and “Delivery” Policy for more details as we comply within Australian Consumer Law. We will work with you to resolve the matter as efficient as possible and provide whatever options are physically and realistically possible at that time including exact replacement if available. If not you must accept a refurbished option with some discretionary allowance which may be of different colour as an example or a similar product of similar value.

If none of the above is available E-WiFi will provide a credit as its default position as final resolution and support you with your next purchase to close the matter and provide a positive experience.

Returns Policy

E-WiFi offers a 14 days change of mind or exchange policy where a credit will be issued within your account. No refunds are offered under change of mind. Only exception for a FULL refund is only available when orders are cancelled and the order has NOT been fulfilled or dispatched.

For any “Returns” an approved RA will be required prior returning products back to E-WiFi. This process begins in the support page and selecting “Returns & Refunds” in the drop box. Credits and refunds can vary between 2-5 days upon receiving the goods and inspected.

You may be required to provide some personal information to get an approved RA number. In order to service you correctly we will require your name, email, contact number, address details to name a few examples as well as other supplementary information such as invoice number, purchase order, images and videos to support your claim. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase item is chargeable. The final amount will be minus the restocking fee.

You will be required to pay for any related delivery costs including redelivery of products back to you if rejected unless we have agreed otherwise in advance and in writing. The product must be returned in its original packaging as we have sent it to you.

Our default position for delivery includes insurance for a one of small fee which covers you for any damages or freight lost in transit at checkout. If you have declined to pay for insurance we are not held liable if the freight is damaged or lost in transit. Should this matter occur feel free to contact us through the support page by selecting “damage in transit” and will determine whether we can assist you. Refer to our “delivery” policy in the Support page.

Warranty Policy:

All products sold are covered by default manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise.

If you have received a product that you believe may be faulty or defected, you must contact E-Wifi immediately for an approval to return the goods.

To fast track the process, we may ask of you to provide images or a video of the problem to support your claim seeking approval to return the goods. You must return the goods in its original packaging including additional accessories (if any) as well any documents such as instruction manuals and warranty information.

Once approved, we will provide you a Return Authority (RA) with an address to return the goods. You will be responsible for the delivery of goods as well as any related transport costs (to send and or receive) if you choose to use delivery of a transport provider. We suggest applying some additional packaging to avoid any mishandling or accidental damages in transit if you are to use a transport provider. We will not be held responsible if the goods are damaged or lost in transit. The Warranty process will begin once we have received the goods in the condition as advised by you. We do not replace or swap out any goods in advance.

For approved returns, a unique Return Authorised (RA) number will be provided. We will also ask of you some additional information as outlined below.
• Name and contact details.
• Proof of purchase such as a tax invoice.
• Product information and or serial number if required.
• Description of fault, issue or reason for return.

It is your responsibility in making sure that any information provided is true and correct as this may impact the resolution process. Once we receive the goods our warranty team will review your RA and provide you an update with a resolution outcome.

Our Warranty and Return Policy will follow in accordance to Australian Consumer Law. We will by default replace the goods at no charge to you if claimed within 14 days date of invoice presuming that the product fault has not been caused by you through any misuse, neglect, mishandled, incorrectly installed, sign of wear and tear, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged or used under the wrong circumstances.

Beyond 14 days our default position is to seek manufacturer assistance to repair the goods. If the goods are un-repairable then a replacement will be provided. If the exact item is no longer available, then a similar or refurbished (if available) item will be offered. If there is no similar or refurbished alternative option be available due to end of life or out of stock as an example, we will provide a credit refund into your E-WiFi account by default. Our intention is to provide you a hassle-free positive experience.

Consumer Data Policy:

E-WiFi Online is dedicated to keeping your details private and safe. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not sell any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable), and to personalize your shopping experience with us.

E-WiFi Online uses cookies to allow you to log in to your account, maintain a shopping cart, and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from E-WiFi Online only last while you are browsing our website.

When you visit E-WiFi the web server needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the information of the requested web pages to your browser. The unique IP address from the computer can possibly determine a rough location however no exact information is provided as it is anonymous.

Privacy:

By visiting and communicating with E-WiFi, you agree that we may use and store personal information about you and disclose data collected that you have provided to fulfill orders and resolve any matter that you have raised with us. Please refer to our “Privacy Policy” in our Support page.
