Support and Warranty

All products sold are covered by manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise. If you have received a product that you believe may be faulty or defected, you must contact E-Wifi immediately for an approval to return the goods.

To fast track the process, complete the SUPPORT form below and select "Warranty and Faults" and include any images or video of the problem. It is your responsibility in making sure that any information related to the warranty claim provided is true and correct. Once submitted we will contact you directly to discuss the matter and advise you of the next steps with a return address.

We do not replace or swap out any goods in advance for any Warranty claim. Goods must first be returned in their original packaging including additional accessories as well any documents such as instruction manuals, warranty information and proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for the delivery of goods as well as any related transport costs (to send and or receive). We suggest applying some additional packaging to avoid any mishandling or accidental damages which may impact your claim. We will not be held responsible if the goods are received damaged or lost in transit.

Once we receive the goods our warranty team will review your claim and provide an update.  Warranty claims may be rejected if the product fault has been caused by misuse, neglect, mishandled leading to wear and tear, incorrectly installed, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged or used under the wrong circumstances.

Our Warranty and Return Policy will follow in accordance to Australian Consumer Law. You have up to 14 days from date of invoice (DOI) OR proof of delivery (POD) whichever best suits to support and make a claim for a new replacement. With an APPROVAL from us we will replace the goods at no charge to you presuming there are no damages as outlined above.

Should the claim be made beyond 14 days and within the allocated Warranty period we will:

  • Seek manufacturer assistance for support and repairs at no cost to you.
  • If the goods are un-repairable then a replacement will be offered for a speedy resolution.
  • If the exact item is no longer available then a similar or refurbished item (if available) will be provided which you must accept regardless of colour options.
  • If there is no similar or refurbished alternative option due to end of life or out of stock as an example we will provide a credit into your E-WiFi account which you must accept.

      Unless stated otherwise the replacement Warranty will then be applied to the original claim which is 12 months or the remainder of the original warranty whichever comes first.

      Our intention is to be transparent and clearly communicate our process so that you are aware of your rights and that we can support you in every possible way to provide you a positive experience.
