Returns and Refunds
Our GOAL is to make sure you have a GREAT EXPERIENCE shopping at E-WIFI and hope you spread the goods news amongst family and friends.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or have a change of mind, we offer 14 days for you to return the goods from the date of invoice. To fast track the process by default a credit is provided into your E-WIFI account. We do not provide refund.
A FULL refund is only provided for "Order Cancellations" in the original transaction made and that the order has not been fulfilled or despatched for delivery.
Please complete the SUPPORT form below and select "Returns and Refunds" and wait for us to respond back to your request with a return address.
For an approved Returns and Refund process, you are required to return the original product back in the same way as we have delivered to you. The product;
- MUST not be used or opened and requires all seals intact.
- MUST be free from any damages including scuff marks and any markings on the packaging.
You are responsible for the delivery and any related shipping costs throughout this return process. Once goods have been returned, inspection of the goods can take place then refund process will occur. The process can take between 2-5 working days to finalise with a credit applied to your account.
Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied for any Returns and Refunds. Total credit provided will be minus the restocking fee.
Should you request the goods be returned back, you will be required to pay for any related delivery costs.
